Which CloudStep version is right for me?

What do 1.5 cm, 2.5 cm, and 3.5 cm mean?
The specification describes the maximum thickness of the insert in the heel area. The thicker the insert, the more space it takes up in the shoe. As a result, the foot sits correspondingly higher.
For which shoes are the insoles suitable?
Depending on the chosen thickness, CloudStep insoles are suitable for sneakers, casual shoes, high-tops, boots, and roomy work shoes. The 2.5 cm and 3.5 cm versions are not suitable for shoes that are already tight-fitting or very low-cut.
How do I adjust the insoles to my shoe size?
- Remove the existing insole and use it as a template.
- Trace the shape onto CloudStep and trim small pieces at a time.
- Check the fit after each trim.
How long does delivery take?
The processing time is approximately 1-2 business days. Subsequently, the estimated delivery time to Austria and Germany is approximately 1 week. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information, if available.
Can I return the insoles?
You can generally cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
